An athlete since childhood, Gabriela Baumeister has regularly witnessed in herself, and her clients, the value of massage and nutrition in her performance and her overall health. Since 2001 she has worked with clients to heal injuries, boost athletic performance, reduce chronic pain, and maintain overall wellbeing. Over the years, Gabriela has studied various approaches to manual therapy including Erik Dalton's Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques that she integrated into her practice. By utilizing myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, and joint mobilization, Gabriela is able to work with her clients to strive for better posture in their daily lives, and help them get back to a natural state of balance.

Born in Switzerland, Gabriela has traveled around the world and is an avid outdoorswoman, with a strong passion for rock climbing. She brings her strength, and the influence of nature, into her bodywork, demonstrating to clients the value of potency and balance. Gabriela shares with her clients her fascination and enthusiasm for anatomy and physiology, as well as athletic performance and health, encouraging each person to discover their best path to health.
